Six years in operations, the last three in onboarding and compliance, across crypto, fintech, payments and iGaming. Onborly is how I help teams make onboarding run as a system.
My background
I started in customer service, went on to manage a KYC team, then moved into client onboarding in crypto. Since then I've built onboarding journeys in Sumsub with MLROs, written the SOPs teams work from, and onboarded iGaming operators for business accounts and payments.
What I believe
Onboarding is an operation. It needs a tracked pipeline, clear owners and people who understand the risk behind every question. And structured data beats PDFs, because it's what makes automation and reporting possible.
Why fintech and crypto
I'm from Venezuela, a country largely cut off from the global financial system. Fintech, and crypto above all, gave people a way to move money across borders. I believe the next generation of money will move on faster rails, with controls built in.
